Journal Register Company Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

YARDLEY, PA -- Journal Register Company (NYSE:JRC) today announced that on August 8, 2007, the Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.02 per share of Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on October 8, 2007 to shareholders of record on September 4, 2007.
